💸 Refund Request
Refunds may be considered only in the event of a billing error (such as duplicate charges). To request a refund for such cases, you must:
- Submit your request in writing within 14 days of the scheduled cruise
- Include your full name, the email used to purchase, a copy of your ticket, and a brief description of the issue
If approved, refunds are subject to a 15% administrative fee and may take up to 10 business days to process.
