Our process and conditions for issuing refunds.

We’re committed to providing a smooth and satisfying experience. We understand that travel plans can change, so we’ve created a refund policy that is fair and transparent for all guests.

1. Standard Cancellation & Refund Terms
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Tour Cancellations by See City Tours
  • If a tour is canceled due to weather, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or be offered an option to reschedule.
  • In rare cases where part of a tour must be modified or shortened, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
4. Third-Party Bookings

If you booked a tour through a third-party platform or travel agent, please refer to their specific refund policy. Refunds may need to be processed through that platform.

5. Group & Custom Tours

Group and private/custom tour bookings may have different cancellation policies. These terms will be outlined in your confirmation email or agreement. Please contact us directly for details.

6. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
